1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes,
APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding
holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the next
business day.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
• Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): FREE on orders over $75
• Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): $6.99 on orders under $75
• Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): $12.99
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $19.99
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to
carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your package through the carrier's website.
5. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size, weight, and
destination. The carrier is selected automatically for optimal delivery.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of
the estimated delivery date at a2therapies@outlook.com. We will file a
claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address,
the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the
order.
8. LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS
Some items (inversion tables, vibration platforms, sauna cabins) may require
freight shipping. You will be contacted to schedule delivery. These items
may have additional shipping charges calculated at checkout.
9. TAXES
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and applicable state
and local tax rates. Washington State sales tax will be applied to orders
shipped to Washington addresses.
10. HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During peak seasons (November-December), processing and delivery times
may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
