We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately.
However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the
true colors. All products are general fitness and wellness accessories —
they are NOT medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure,
or prevent any disease or condition.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes
or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right
to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed through
Shopify's secure payment system.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason,
including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or
pricing information, or suspected fraud.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates
and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.
